We hold occasional scheduled training sessions, cocktail, wine and spirit tastings in Beijing, usually given by Paul Mathew, a bartender with 17 years experience and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust certified trainer.
Paul is also available to give these sessions at your home, office or bar. Please use our contact form to get in touch. Rates are dependent on type of tasting and what products you need supplied. Most commonly requested are whisky tastings/pairings and cocktail classes, but please contact us using this form for more ideas or if you have something specific in mind.
We hold regular tastings at The Hide Bar, every other Tuesday. Our forthcoming tastings are listed on the website here.
We can also give wine, spirits or cocktail tastings and training sessions at The Hide, your home or an office, whether for birthdays, team-building sessions or pre-wedding frivolities. Please get in touch with us using the contact form here.
