Blood & Sand is a Limited Company in the UK and China (HK). It is run by bar professionals with decades of bar experience between them. We also have skills in project management, event organising, accounting, recruitment and training.
The Company Directors are based in London (UK) and Beijing (PRC), where they enthusiastically keep up-to-date with the latest drinks trends.
The UK company also runs its own award-winning bar, The Hide, based at the Wine & Spirits Education Trust building in South East London.
We offer consulting services to the drinks industry, whether that is for a small start-up bar or a multinational drinks brand. We also offer small, personal tastings or event bartending for consumers, and media services including bar and drink photography as well as magazine articles.
